Happy Sunday friends!
After working all weekend (I know I’ve mentioned work has been busy) I’m ready to curl up in bed with a good book and start detoxing from way too many weekend indulgences.
But seriously, I need a break from sweet desserts and meat for at least the next week to give my body a break. I get to do, see and eat so many amazing people places and things but it definitely takes a toll on my body. Too much of anything isn’t good, right.
I also plan on putting together the first SPoT On newsletter. I’m trying a new style that I think anyone who’s tired of the same old stuff in their inbox will enjoy. I was determined not to create a regurgitated blog post in your inboxed. So if you haven’t already, please subscribe and once I hit send, let me know what you think!
