Sunday Morning Coffee // No. 103

Happy Sunday friends!

After working all weekend (I know I’ve mentioned work has been busy) I’m ready to curl up in bed with a good book and start detoxing from way too many weekend indulgences.

But seriously, I need a break from sweet desserts and meat for at least the next week to give my body a break. I get to do, see and eat so many amazing people places and things but it definitely takes a toll on my body. Too much of anything isn’t good, right.

I also plan on putting together the first SPoT On newsletter. I’m trying a new style that I think anyone who’s tired of the same old stuff in their inbox will enjoy. I was determined not to create a regurgitated blog post in your inboxed. So if you haven’t already, please subscribe and once I hit send, let me know what you think!

Here’s to eating and drinking lots of greens, getting plenty of sleep and taking care of ourselves.

Links I Loved…

+ If you’re looking to add more books with female authors to your shelves, start with this roundup.

+ The real reason we can’t seem to kick bad habits (like falling asleep phone in hand with the iPad playing Netflix…).

+ I loved the transparency in Hallie’s post about losing weight and getting in shape. Definitely motivated me!

+ Everyone knows I’m a coffee fan, but I’m also trying to expand my tea knowledge.

+ I’ve been meaning to pick up a new cookbook for a while but this recipe solidified Cravings as a must buy!

+ For anyone else who’s been feeling under productive lately, let’s focus on mini missions.

+ Sunday scaries don’t have to be a thing. Let’s conquer Monday!

+ And because we all (especially bloggers) do it… let’s make working on the weekends enjoyable.

Happy Sunday!!

Loved the roundup of female memoirs! // The article about bad habits was very insightful. It’s helpful to recognise these habits in order to combat them 🙂 // Halli’s post was very thorough! *thankful* // I def get the Sunday scaries! Love that article 🙂 -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
