This week was a really, really good one. From launching SPoT (definitely the highlight of my week) to having a fun wine night with friends (another high note).I’m so grateful for all of the amazing feedback you guys have given on the rebrand! Despite technical issues and a few glitches here and there, I don’t think I could have asked for a better launch.
I have so much content to photograph and film (yay!) over the next few weeks that I’m so excited about. And if you caught and voted in my latest poll on Twitter, you know that I’ll be bringing monthly challenges to SPoT, too.
Thanks for celebrating this rebrand with me and for getting me inspired to create like crazy!
I have lots of great reads to share today, which seems fitting since this is our first coffee date in this space 🙂

I really loved that article about pricing yourself/your services. I’ve definitely done the “I’m new to this you don’t have to pay me.” thing. I guess it’s because I’m not sure that I can actually do it, but I like what they said about creating your own standards. That paragraph about practicing declarative sentences… that transition man 😛 Loved it! // I also enjoyed the article about virtual coffee dates. I Skyped one of my creative friends from high school two times in the last month (we hadn’t caught up for a year, and then we had two Skype sessions last month haha) and it felt so good to talk with her about what we were working on and what we wanted to do and what we were struggling with. -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
