The Art of Goal Setting/ And Yes To JoyHappy Monday everyone! I hope you all had an awesome and rest-filled weekend.

I’v been taking advantage of the amazing Spring weather to get things in order – organizing, writing and brainstorming. I’ve been putting a lot of work into theย new and improvedย April Newsletter, which I think is going to be awesome. The semester is almost over, and I have a feeling that this is going to be an amazing Summer for me and for the blog!

Last month, I set two simple yet intention-filled goals for myself:ย simplify my eating and bring behind-the-scene projects to center stage.ย Well, one done is better than nothing at all.

I still haven’t felt ready to reveal some of the small features and projects here yet. I’ve had so much going on, and adding one more thing to the pot would just be one thing too many. I’m going to keep holding off on those projects, maybe until Summer when I’ll have more time to give my all to them.

April: A Focus on Development

For the rest of the month, I want to keep developing the things I already have in the works. I love starting, putting new ideas out there and generating creative things. But at some point, you have to stop starting and justย work.ย

Some of the things I’m going to keep developing…

  • A new creative writing series that may become a link up
  • A new weekly feature to showcase my favorite creatives
  • The new and improved And Yes To Joy newsletter
  • A small online shop!

All of these things have been in the works behind-the-scenes for some time now, and I’m excited to give them all the full attention they deserve.

What are your goals for the month? Are you starting anything new, or working on developing older projects?
