* moving my body whether it’s stretching, a walk or a session at @thegymphilly 

* WATER because every day is a rough day when you’re dehydrated. Ask me how I know 🙃

* time to read, pray, relax my brain and help it not run through the endless scroll of things I should do/ need to do / am late doing / want to do 

* avoiding my phone for the first hour I’m up. This one is the hardest but we’re working on it
