This weekend included press trips, a bit of reading, seeing my favorite podcast live in NYC, late night travels and creating lots of content. This weekend did not include a ton of sleep or down time. Still, I woke up this morning feeling really grateful, reenergized and excited to keep going and do it all over again this week.

That’s when you know you’re living life right. When you’re totally exhausted but still excited about what’s ahead.Hopefully my fellow East Coasters got to enjoy a bit of the wacky Springtime weather we had this week! It’s hard to be happy about 72 degree temps when you’re also freaked out that the planet is melting (eek), but not wearing a huge coat and scarf combo was a welcomed change.

  1. I checked out the interview with Kelly Cutrone when you retweeted it. It was really insightful and made me rethink, like, everything. Currently still wondering about where I stand with blogging and where I want to take it. Did you manage to find more articles by editors/editorial staff on the impact of bloggers on the media landscape? // Wow I’m v impressed by Starbucks! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

    1. Still digging around for those articles, and trying to compose a post with my own thoughts on the subject!

  2. I feel the same way about the weather: It was incredible to sit outdoors & sip a cocktail on a patio without wearing a coat… but OMG, what’s happening to the planet in the meantime?!
