This week was a doozy. I felt like I was moving a mile a minute and each day felt like I’d never get closer to the weekend.

I’ve been a weird place with blogging, mainly because I want to blog more without disturbing the balance that blogging less frequently brings. Especially while my life is still in transition –between preparing to move to a new apartment and getting ready to start a full time job in a few months. Taking on too much is easy when you aren’t sure what the next few months of life will look like.

Uncertainty is something else. How do you deal with the unknown? I’d love to know!

Four Things

1. I recently (ahem, finally) finished & published the Ember & March Manifesto. I don’t know why it took me so long to get the words out into a page, but it’s there and I’m super pleased with it. Read it, let me know what you think and share your own manifesto with me.

2. Habits, man. They can be hard to break. I’ve been trying to get back on a regular sleep schedule, which means ending my Netflix binges a few hours earlier than my norm.

3. Blogger throwback –does anyone remember CuteNews?! It was one of the bigger content management systems before all the bloggers flocked to WordPress & Blogger. #nerdmoment

4. My heart is so heavy about the recent events that took place this past week in Charleston, SC. My thoughts and prayers are will the impacted families and communities.

  1. Good luck on your transitions over the upcoming months! I totally understand how stressful it can be to move AND start a new job. While it might be stressful, it’s also an exciting adventure! I wish you the best! Also, thank you for sharing such a great round-up of content. Definitely what I needed for my Sunday morning! 🙂 Have a great week!

  2. I feel like life is one big ball of uncertainty, lol. You can plan but there will always be plot twists and curve balls so when it comes to dealing with them, I just remind myself that everything generally works out great which allows me to stop stressing (as much).

I am loving the variety of your links. The Einstein one in particular had me cracking up.

    Happy Sunday to you!
