Sunday Morning CoffeeCheers to our first coffee date of 2015! It’s been a while.

This week, I spent a lot of time at my laptop –coding the new design, adding and taking away from different pages, and prepping to send out the first Move Letter tomorrow. I brought in the New Year motivated to work and make things happen, and I hope to keep the momentum going throughout the year.

I’ll be spending the rest of this week organizing and enjoying my last week before classes start…for the last time. I’m all set with a fresh planner and plenty of goals. Oh, and plenty of coffee –but that goes without saying.

Today, I’ll be less active on social media to celebrate my dad’s birthday!! My dad is my favorite person, and any excuse to spend extra time with him, I’ll take!

How was your first week of the New Year? What’s on the horizon for next week?

  1. Thank you so much for sharing my post, Amber!

So excited for the first Move Letter to hit my inbox tomorrow. So happy I found your blog last year, it’s become one of my favourite reads! 🙂

Hope you have a great Sunday celebrating your dads birthday!

  2. I’ve been spending more time on the Internet too, because, well, I finally have Internet connection! So much to catch up on haha. Anyways, Jen’s post about her personal mantras inspired me to come up with some for myself and share them in my own blog post 🙂 I’m hoping that this will work better for me in 2015 than creating a traditional list of New Year’s resolutions. I really appreciated the post about non-goals, which I’ve never heard of before, but I think I’m going to hop on that too! Wishing your dad a happy birthday 🙂 -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

    1. I love the idea of using mantras in place of resolutions!! Let me know how that works out!

And thanks for the birthday love for my dad 🙂

  3. Happy New Year! Love the new design! Congrats on your last semester of school. I know EXACTLY how you feel – I felt such a sense of relief when I was finishing grad school last summer because I knew I was TRULY done with formal education. Such an exciting time! Wishing you all the best for 2015 and beyond! 🙂

    1. Happy New Year! I’m super excited for everything to come in the next few months, and the rest of 2015. I hope it’s a great year for both of us!!
