Life LatelyAfter a few too many weeks of radio silence here, I wanted to pop in and quickly share what exactly I’ve been up to. If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, you probably feel a bit more in the loop.

Work life / It’s been a very busy but overall great time at work. The months since starting my new job have really flown by, and I cannot believe I’ve been there and back in PR for 6 months already! Time is moving fast and so are the projects I’ve been working on, but I still feel so good about this career change and can’t wait to see what’s coming in 2017.

Blog life / Has clearly been slower as of late, but definitely more forward thinking. I don’t want to say too much just yet, but I’m so excited for everything I have planned for the blog. I’m working with one of my favorite designers on some exciting new elements that I hope to share peeks of during the coming months.

Reading / So many books. Joining Book of the Month* was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I’ve been craving less screen time lately, so after a long day curling into bed with a good buck has been blissful. I’ll be sharing all of the books I made it through in November next week. Catch up on what I read in October in the meantime.

Eating & drinking / I haven’t shared much on this lately, but in October I decided to take a break from alcohol for the time being. I’m sure when I’m ready, I’ll share a full post on my reasoning behind it, but trust it was no easy feat for the happy hour queen. In the interim, I’ve been trying new tea and coffee blends and also added kefir into diet, which is my new favorite grocery item.

Watching / Netflix Originals have been ON POINT in 2016, have they not?! In the past few months, I’ve breezed through The Crown and have been obsessed with Chewing Gum, Black Mirror, and don’t even get me started on the Gilmore Girls revival (I totally saw the last four words coming, but won’t spoil!). Also, #TeamLogan forever.

I promise there will be less silence and more great content on the blog as we wrap up the year. Thanks for being patient with me now and throughout this crazy year that was 2016.

Happy to have found you. Your blog and your photography is absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait to see what you have in store!

And extra bonus points and love for Team Logan. I want him to be happy more than Rory at this point LOL But I think them together = happy.

  2. Oh, I LOVE BoTM. What’d you order this month? I went with the Nicola Yoon book, but I also added on two others. I can’t help myself! I also just started Black Mirror. Haven’t gotten to Crown or Gilmore Girls yet (I wanted to rewatch the old one first), but I’m looking forward to both. Netflix is killin’ it!

  4. Every time I say I’m not binge watching anything else for a long time on Netflix, they release a new season or a new show and I’m sucked back in! LOL!
